When looking up at 'Teenagers in Banstead' I came across this YMCA youth club in Banstead that takes in students as young as year 7 and above to do creative things rather than just sitting at home doing nothing. Taking part in activities, learning new skills, developing knowledge, and also having the chance to chill around with friends but doing something productive at the same time. It is very healthy for teenagers in taking part and allows them to learn new things in a fun and sociable manner rather than shutting down and doing things that could potentially ruin their future. To top everything it states that it is absolutely free!
Reading the Reigate & Banstead 2014 Census, I came to know that girls aged 15-17 has one of the highest rates of under- 18 conception rates in Surrey at 27.3 per 1,000. Based to the 2011 Census data.
Following the ASB problems in Reigate & Banstead the topic that is on the scale of 'A Very Big Problem' is teenagers hanging around in the streets. What could this connote?
